To that end, we wanted to present a recent job we performed in Dallas with a special elevator reconstruction.
Reconstruction Process
In order to perform this project, we had to remove the whole roofing system and the structural steel deck. Once this preliminary work was done, we were able to raise the finished elevation of the elevator by 24’ inches. We also installed a New Carlisle TPO roofing system with R-25 insulation – R 8.2 at the walls.
Project Analysis
Although the project was intricate, we were able to complete it on time and to the client’s satisfaction. As you can see from the pictures, the removal process was extensive, but it opened up the structure and space for us to create a more aesthetic, more efficient elevator structure.
