Alpine Roofing Construction is starting the Heritage Trace Plaza this past week, starting with the awning replacement Standing Seam Metal System. We will move into fabrication of coping this coming week and tilt wall joint sealant in the upcoming weeks.
Additionally, an old asphalt system will be replaced with a new R-25 Insulation system and fully adhered energy star rated TPO system by GAF Material Corporation.
