DoubleLok Roof Systems

The Double Lok Metal Roof Panel is Excellent for Architectural, Commercial and Industrial Installations. Double Lok Improves the Life Span and Energy Efficiency of an Existing or Renovated Structure. Upgrading an Existing Roof to a Double Lok Standing Seam Metal Roofing System over an R Panel Roof Does Not Require Sub Framing while Preserving the Integrity of the Structure. Two Techniques for Improving Energy Efficiency when Applying the Double Lok Standing Seam Panel over an Existing R Panel Roof: 1.) Applying 2” Unfaced-Fiberglass-Insulation Between the Double Lok System and the Existing R Panel System. 2.) Ventilating the Space Between the New and Existing Roofing Systems by Installing an Eave Vent Strip Providing Air Flow. High Clips are Required for Clearance Between the Double Lok System and the Existing R Panel Roof.
